What happens after each payout cycle?
First Cycle:
- Start with initial balance
- Reach target
- Request payout
- Amount is withdrawn from account
Second Cycle:
- Static DD = initial account balance + $1 (it does not move up with your new cycle starting balance β e.g. $25,001 on a $25,000 account in every cycle)
- Target = New starting balance + Target value
- Request payout
- Amount is withdrawn from account
Third Cycle:
- Static DD = initial account balance + $1 (it does not move up with your new cycle starting balance β e.g. $25,001 on a $25,000 account in every cycle)
- Target = New starting balance + Target value
- Request payout
- Amount is withdrawn from account
Example with $25,000 account:
FIRST CYCLE:
- Starting balance: $25,000
- Target: +$1,250 β Balance at target: $26,250
- Request payout: $1,000
- New balance: $26,250 - $1,000 = $25,250
SECOND CYCLE:
- Starting balance: $25,250
- Static DD threshold: $25,001
- Target: $25,250 + $1,250 = $26,500
- Request payout: $1,000
- New balance: $26,500 - $1,000 = $25,500
THIRD CYCLE:
- Starting balance: $25,500
- Static DD threshold: $25,001
- Target: $25,500 + $1,250 = $26,750
- Request payout: $1,000
- New balance: $26,750 - $1,000 = $25,750
