Are there position limits on the Savius Evaluation?
Yes. Position limits depend on your phase and tier (1 standard contract = 10 micro contracts).
Timed Evaluation (Fixed EOD and Trailing EOD share the same limits):
| Tier | Standard contracts | Micro contracts |
|---|---|---|
| $50K | 5 | 50 |
| $100K | 10 | 100 |
Funded phase (limits scale up as you move from the Prequalification Funded Account to the Permanent Funded Account):
| Tier | Prequalification standard | Prequalification micro | Permanent standard | Permanent micro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $50K | 2 | 20 | 3 | 30 |
| $100K | 3 | 30 | 4 | 40 |
Other trading rules:
- Maximum 200 trades per day
- No open positions during settlement — automatic account failure
- No hedging, including micro-lot mixing (treated as a position-limit violation)
- No VPN — geolocation must be verifiable: first time a warning, then account failure
- Flipping to simulate trading days is detected
Compliance with the position limits above — and with all other trading rules — is verified when you request a payout, and is critical for payout approval. The exceptions are the rules marked as automatic account failure, which take effect immediately.
