What happens if I breach a funded account?

If you hit the static floor or breach the EOD Fixed Drawdown (a day that closes beyond your Available Daily Margin, drawdown is evaluated at the end-of-day (EOD) close) on a Prequalification Funded Account or a Permanent Funded Account, the account is terminated:

  • Any buffer accumulated toward the Live account is lost
  • You return to the Timed Evaluation: if you pass it again, you begin again from the Prequalification Funded Account
  • There is no funded reset fee. Returning to the Timed Evaluation costs only the current entry price for that tier and variant, nothing more.

Note that this is different from restarting an active Timed Evaluation before it fails or expires: that is the Restart feature, a reduced one-time fee that resets the same challenge's 30-day window and drawdown. A terminated funded account cannot be restarted, you re-enter the Timed Evaluation at the current entry price.

Intentionally failing accounts or systematically exploiting the rules leads to termination of all challenges and a ban.
