The restart fee is fixed per tier and variant, at roughly 60% of the entry fee:

Only an active challenge can be restarted. If your evaluation has already failed, or its 30 days have expired, it is no longer restartable: you buy a new one at the current entry price, not the restart price. If you want the reduced fee, restart while the challenge is still running.

Two things a restart does not touch:

Your funded account balance is never reset. The restart applies only to a Timed Evaluation you are still trying to pass. A funded account keeps its balance.
Instant Funded Evolution has no restart option. Restart is specific to the Timed Evaluation.

Bundle discounts do not apply to the restart. The multi-account discounts reduce only the entry fee - the restart fee is already reduced and is charged at the fixed amounts above.
