Is there an activation fee on the Savius Evaluation?

Yes, but only if you pass the evaluation: the activation fee is $189 ($50K account) or $289 ($100K account), paid once when your funded phase is activated. If you don't pass, you never pay it.

There is no funded reset fee: if you breach a funded account you simply return to the evaluation (paying the evaluation entry again) — no extra reset charge is applied.
