Can I trade together with, or coordinate my trades with, other traders?

No. Except for permitted copying between your own eligible Savius accounts, you must select and execute trades independently.

Prohibited coordination includes:

  • acting in concert with another Savius user or third party to perform the same or opposite strategy;
  • mirroring or synchronising instruments, direction, size, order sequence, or entry and exit timing; or
  • arranging trades to pool, offset, or hedge aggregate risk.

Example: two traders repeatedly enter and exit the same contract simultaneously.

This applies to connected or unconnected accounts at Savius or another firm. Independent use of the same public strategy, without an agreement or understanding, is not by itself coordination. Copying between your own accounts remains limited to eligible same-category accounts; see Can I copy the same trades on multiple accounts?.

A materially similar execution pattern repeated across trades or sessions between accounts held by different people may create a rebuttable presumption. If asked, you must provide contemporaneous evidence of independent decisions. Savius may decide from records without offering a call and may apply the consequences in the Terms and Conditions. Opposite positions may also be hedging.
