Do I need a datafeed for each Evaluation account?
No. The datafeed is licensed per user, not per account: one datafeed covers all your simultaneous evaluation accounts. Since there is no cap on simultaneous evaluations, you can run several evals at the same time without multiplying datafeed costs.
